"She doesn't just help you work through the pain. She equips you with the tools and support needed to move beyond survival mode."

"Being equipped to help someone else does not mean you no longer need a safe place to heal — or someone to pray you through it."

Many helpers, leaders, caregivers, advocates, ministry workers, educators, first responders, and high-functioning adults know how to show up for everyone else. Their own wounds can remain unseen beneath responsibility, service, and strength. This webinar offers language, a framework, and one practical tool for what's underneath — not a requirement to disclose or relive what happened.

"She creates a safe, loving, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable opening your mouth, your heart, and your spirit."

— Nikee

Recognition before recovery.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

Understand the patterns, learn the framework, and leave with one practical stabilization tool.

01 Recognize the invisible emergency The same triage instinct I used on ambulance calls — except now we're pointing it at you. You'll learn to spot the signs in your own body, your boundaries, your faith, your relationships, before they turn into a bigger emergency.
02 Understand the wounded-helper pattern I call it the "strong one" pattern — always rescuing, never resting. You'll name it in yourself without shame, and understand why it formed in the first place.
03 Begin to stabilize, rebuild, and rise You'll walk away with the same three-part framework I use in triage — body, mind, and spirit — plus a Golden Hour tool you can use the moment things feel like too much.

"The teaching was more than book knowledge — it was spiritual, practical, and always honest dialogue."

— Cheryl Rivera

"Even life coaches need a life coach." — Coach Kenyetta Heard

THE TRAUMATOLOGIST

I spent years running toward other people's worst moments — as a New York City paramedic, then as a crisis counselor, victim advocate, and trauma recovery coach. I know what it looks like to be the strong one. I've also been the one falling apart in the ambulance bay bathroom before the next call came in, crying out to God because I didn't know who else could handle what I was carrying.

They call me The Traumatologist because I don't just teach trauma recovery — I triage it, in the natural and the spiritual. As a minister and prophetic voice as much as a clinician, I believe healing is both medical and spiritual work — the body needs stabilizing and the spirit needs restoring. I help high-functioning people recognize the emergency underneath the performance, and give them a real first step toward stabilizing — without making them perform their pain to get help.
